Getting Started

The analytics dashboard provides insights into how your listings perform across all your verified websites. tablrr automatically tracks views and clicks on your embedded listings.

What tablrr tracks:

  • Listing Views: Every time a listing is displayed on your website
  • Link Clicks: Clicks on affiliate links and terms links within your listings
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of views that result in clicks

Note: Analytics is available on paid plans (Hobby tier or higher).

Analytics Dashboard Overview

To access your analytics:

  1. Log in to your tablrr account
  2. Navigate to the Analytics section from your dashboard
  3. You'll see the analytics dashboard with:
    • A time range selector
    • A filters button
    • Summary cards showing key metrics
    • Charts showing views and clicks over time
    • Tables showing top performers

The dashboard displays data from the previous days (not including today) to ensure accurate data.

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see four summary cards:

Total Listing Views

The total number of times your listings were displayed on your websites during the selected time period.

The total number of clicks on links within your listings, including:

  • Affiliate Links: Clicks on CTA buttons that direct users to operator sites
  • Terms Links: Clicks on terms and conditions links

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

The percentage of views that resulted in a click, calculated as:

CTR = (Total Clicks / Total Views) × 100

A higher CTR indicates your listings are engaging users effectively.

Active Listings

The number of unique listings that received at least one view during the selected time period.

Charts and Visualizations

The main chart shows your views and clicks over time:

  • Blue line: Listing views

  • Y-axis: Number of views or clicks

Interacting with the chart:

  • Hover over any point to see detailed numbers for that day
  • The chart legend shows which line represents views vs. clicks
  • The chart automatically adjusts to dark mode if you're using a dark theme

Filtering Data

Use filters to focus on specific data:

Time Range

Select from three time periods:

  • 7 days (default)
  • 14 days
  • 30 days

Click the time range buttons in the top-right corner to switch periods.

Advanced Filters

Click the "Filters" button to open the filter panel:

  1. Site Filter: Select one or more of your verified websites
  2. Listing Filter: Select specific listings to analyze
  3. Operator Filter: Focus on specific operators
  4. Click Type: Filter by click type:
    • All Clicks
    • Affiliate Links only
    • Terms Links only

Using filters:

  • Type in any filter dropdown to search for specific items
  • Select multiple items to include them all
  • Click "Reset" to clear all filters
  • A badge on the Filters button shows how many filters are active

Tip: Combine filters to answer specific questions. For example, filter by a single site and operator to see how that operator performs on that specific website.

Each summary card and table row shows a trend indicator:

  • Green with up arrow: Performance improved compared to the previous period
  • Red with down arrow: Performance decreased compared to the previous period
  • Percentage: Shows how much the metric changed

How trends are calculated:

Trends compare your current period to the previous equivalent period. For example:

  • If you select 7 days, trends compare the last 7 days to the 7 days before that
  • If you select 30 days, trends compare the last 30 days to the previous 30 days

Tip: Use trends to identify which listings or operators are gaining or losing traction over time.

Troubleshooting

I don't see any analytics data

Issue: Analytics dashboard shows "No analytics data available"

Solution:

  • Ensure you have at least one verified website with embedded listings
  • Check that your listings are properly embedded and receiving traffic
  • Wait 24-48 hours after embedding listings for data to appear
  • Analytics data is through yesterday, so today's activity won't show yet

My view counts seem low

Issue: Views are lower than expected based on website traffic

Solution:

  • Verify that your API token is correctly configured
  • Check that the listing embed code is loading properly on your website
  • If using caching (custom implementation), views may be tracked once per cache refresh
  • Use your browser's developer tools to check for JavaScript errors

I see views but no clicks

Issue: High views but zero or very few clicks

Solution:

  • This may indicate low engagement with your listings
  • Review your listing content and CTA button text
  • Check that affiliate links are working correctly
  • Consider testing different layouts or styles

Analytics shows "requires Hobby plan"

Issue: Can't access analytics data

Solution:

  • Analytics is a premium feature requiring Hobby plan or higher
  • Upgrade your subscription in the Billing section
  • After upgrading, analytics data will be available immediately

My trend shows a large percentage change

Issue: Trend shows unusually high percentage like +500%

Solution:

  • This is normal when comparing to a period with very low numbers
  • For example, going from 1 click to 6 clicks shows +500%
  • Focus on absolute numbers alongside percentages
  • Trends become more meaningful as you collect more data over time

Data doesn't match my website analytics

Issue: tablrr analytics differ from Google Analytics or similar

Solution:

  • tablrr tracks listing-specific views, not page views
  • A page with multiple listings may generate multiple views
  • Caching and bot traffic are handled differently by each platform
  • Use tablrr analytics specifically for listing performance insights

Charts not loading

Issue: Charts appear blank or won't render

Solution:

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Disable browser extensions that may block scripts
  • Try a different browser
  • Check your browser console for error messages

Next Steps

Now that you understand analytics:

  1. Check your analytics dashboard regularly to monitor performance
  2. Use filters to identify your best-performing content
  3. Watch trends to spot changes in engagement
  4. Experiment with different listing styles and compare results
  5. Focus optimization efforts on high-view, low-CTR listings
