Getting Started
Listings are comparison tables or grids that display your operators in an organized, styled format. The key advantage of tablrr is that when you update operator information, all listings that include those operators automatically reflect the changes.
What you can do with listings:
- Create multiple comparison tables from your operator database
- Choose from different layout types (table or grid) and styles
- Select which operators appear in each listing
- Customize which columns to display and how they're labeled
- See a live preview while building
- Embed listings on your websites via API
Creating Listings
To create a new listing:
- Navigate to the Listings section from your dashboard
- Click the "Create Listing" button
- Give your listing a name (e.g., "Top 10 Casinos" or "Best UK Sportsbooks")
- Choose a layout type:
- Table: Traditional row-based comparison table
- Grid: Card-based grid layout
- Select a style for your chosen type
- Select which operators to include in this listing
- Configure which columns to display
- Use the live preview to see how your listing will look
- Click "Save" to create the listing
Note: You can always edit the listing after creation to change operators, columns, or styling.
Selecting Operators
When creating or editing a listing, you'll select which operators to include:
- In the operator selection section, you'll see all operators from your database
- Use the search box to find specific operators by name
- Click on operators to add them to your listing
- Selected operators appear in a list below
- Drag operators up or down to reorder them
- Click the remove button (X) to remove an operator from the selection
Tip: The order you set operators in the builder is the order they'll appear in your listing. You can reorder them at any time by editing the listing.
Configuring Columns
You can control which operator information appears in your listing:
- In the column configuration section, you'll see available columns:
- Logo
- Name
- Rating
- Description
- Features
- Affiliate Link (CTA button)
- Toggle columns on or off to show or hide them
- Customize column labels if desired
- The live preview updates automatically as you change column settings
Note: Some layouts may have different column options or display formats. The available columns depend on the layout type and style you've selected.
Choosing Layouts and Styles
tablrr offers different layout types and styles to match your website's design:
Layout Types
Table: Traditional comparison table with rows and columns
- Best for: Side-by-side comparisons, detailed information
- Styles available: Minimal, Modern
Grid: Card-based layout with operator cards
- Best for: Visual browsing, mobile-friendly displays
- Styles available: Card, Compact
Selecting a Style
- After choosing a layout type, select a style
- Each style has a preview image showing how it looks
- Free styles are available to all users
- Premium styles require a paid plan (Hobby tier or higher)
- The live preview shows exactly how your listing will appear
Note: You can change the layout type and style after creating a listing, but this may affect how your data is displayed.
Live Preview
The listing builder includes a live preview that shows exactly how your listing will appear:
- The preview updates automatically as you make changes
- You'll see your selected operators displayed in the chosen layout and style
- Column configuration changes are reflected immediately
- Use the preview to fine-tune your listing before saving
Tip: The preview shows a real-time representation of your listing. What you see in the preview is what will appear when embedded on your website.
Editing Listings
To update an existing listing:
- Go to the Listings section
- Find the listing you want to edit
- Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to the listing
