Getting Started
Listings are comparison tables or grids that display your operators in an organized, styled format. The key advantage of tablrr is that when you update operator information, all listings that include those operators automatically reflect the changes.
What you can do with listings:
- Create multiple comparison tables from your operator database
- Choose from different layout types (table or grid) and styles
- Select which operators appear in each listing
- Customize which columns to display and how they're labeled
- See a live preview while building
- Embed listings on your websites via API
Creating Listings
To create a new listing:
- Navigate to the Listings section from your dashboard
- Click the "Create Listing" button
- Give your listing a name (e.g., "Top 10 Casinos" or "Best UK Sportsbooks")
- Optionally assign tags in the Basic Information section. Select existing listing tags or type a new name to create one. Manage all listing tags under Settings > Tags.
- Choose a layout type:
- Table: Traditional row-based layout
- Grid: Card-based grid layout
- Custom: A bespoke layout built to your brand (Business plan)
- Select a style for your chosen type
- Select which operators to include in this listing
- Configure which columns to display
- Use the live preview to see how your listing will look
- Click "Save" to create the listing
Note: You can always edit the listing after creation to change operators, columns, or styling.
Selecting Operators
When creating or editing a listing, you'll select which operators to include:
- In the operator selection section, you'll see all operators from your database
- Use the search box to find specific operators by name
- Click on operators to add them to your listing
- Selected operators appear in a list below
- Drag operators up or down to reorder them
- Click the remove button (X) to remove an operator from the selection
Tip: The order you set operators in the builder is the order they'll appear in your listing. You can reorder them at any time by editing the listing.
Geo Targeting
Geo targeting lets a single listing show different operators to visitors based on their country - for example, displaying UK-specific operators only to UK visitors while showing a universal set to everyone else. No duplicate listings needed.
Geo targeting is a Growth plan feature (and above).
To enable it, open any listing editor and turn on the Geo Targeting toggle in the operator selection section. Once enabled:
- Each operator row gets a country control. The default is Everywhere (no restriction). Click it to assign one or more countries.
- A country selector appears above the live preview so you can see exactly what each audience will see.
For full setup and WordPress plugin delivery details, see the Geo Targeting guide.
Choosing Layouts and Styles
tablrr offers different layout types and styles to match your website's design:
Layout Types
Table: Traditional comparison table with rows and columns
- Best for: Side-by-side comparisons, detailed information
- Styles available: #0 (free), #1, #2 (premium)
Grid: Card-based layout with operator cards
- Best for: Visual browsing, mobile-friendly displays
- Styles available: #0 (free), #1, #2 (premium)
Custom: A fully bespoke layout built to your exact specifications
- Available on the Business plan
- See Custom Templates for details
Selecting a Style
- After choosing a layout type, the available styles appear below
- Free styles are available to all users
- Premium styles require a Hobby plan or higher
- Custom styles are exclusive to your account and require a Business plan
- The live preview shows exactly how your listing will appear
Note: You can change the layout type and style after creating a listing, but this may affect how your data is displayed.
Custom Templates
Custom templates are bespoke listing layouts built by tablrr to match your brand - your colors, typography, and design language. They appear as a Custom option in the layout type selector.
Custom templates are available on the Business plan.
How to Request a Custom Template
- Make sure you're on the Business plan (see Billing)
- Email support@tablrr.app with the subject line "Custom template request"
- Include the following in your email:
- Your tablrr account email
- Existing designs/mockups
- Any additional comments
- I will follow up to confirm requirements and timeline
- Once built, the template is assigned to your account and appears in the Custom type selector
Note: Custom templates are built specifically for your account and are not shared with other users.
Configuring Columns
You can control which operator information appears in your listing:
- In the column configuration section, you'll see available columns:
- Logo
- Name
- Rating
- Description
- Features
- Affiliate Link (CTA button)
- Custom Fields (if you have any set up)
- Toggle columns on or off to show or hide them
- Customize column labels if desired
- Use column overrides to change which field is displayed in a column (available for paid plans)
- The live preview updates automatically as you change column settings
Note: Some layouts may have different column options or display formats. The available columns depend on the layout type and style you've selected.
Tip: With column overrides, you can make any column display a different operator field. For example, you could make the "Bonus" column show a custom "Welcome Bonus" field instead. Learn more about custom fields and column overrides.
Live Preview
The listing builder includes a live preview that shows exactly how your listing will appear:
- The preview updates automatically as you make changes
- You'll see your selected operators displayed in the chosen layout and style
- Column configuration changes are reflected immediately
- Use the preview to fine-tune your listing before saving
Tip: The preview shows a real-time representation of your listing. What you see in the preview is what will appear when embedded on your website.
Editing Listings
To update an existing listing:
- Go to the Listings section
- Find the listing you want to edit
- Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to the listing
- Make any changes you want:
- Change the listing name
- Add or remove tags
- Add or remove operators
- Reorder operators
- Change column configuration
- Switch layout type or style
- Use the live preview to see your changes
- Click "Save" to update the listing
Important: When you update a listing, the changes automatically sync to all websites where the listing is embedded. You don't need to update each website individually.
Managing Listings
As you create more listings, you'll want to organize and find them easily.
Viewing Your Listings
The listings page shows:
- Listing name
- Layout type (table or grid)
- Style name
- Public ID
- Tags (first tag name; if there are more, a "+ N" count)
- Number of operators included
- Creation date
- Actions: Edit and Delete buttons
Listings are displayed in a paginated list, showing 15 listings per page.

- Results filter automatically as you type
- Press Escape to clear the search
Filtering by Type

Deleting Listings
To remove a listing:
- Find the listing you want to delete
- Click the "Delete" button (trash icon)
